@KeEquityBank Ohh, I understand what customer service at Equity goes through. The issue with your bank only occurs at mid-management. Every day I call and they pass on the request to remittance, who couldn't be bothered. My anger is directed at remittance sloths, not you.

@mtaiguy101 @KeEquityBank I did an international wire on the 10th and has not been credited to date. You might want to first confirm with the bank if they are having an issue.

@KeEquityBank If a service is not working atleast have the decency not to debit an account and hold on to the money. I sent transport from equity to MPesa, never credited. Now I am stranded.
