Sir As per IAS probation Rules, 1954, No probationer can be discharged without a summary enquiry conducted by the central government. The disciplinary control lies with the central government and not UPSC.

UPSC should have terminated her services without show cause notice since an officer on probation can be removed without giving any reason. Now it should be ready for a long drawn litigation. Dont they know this basic rule? All other action could have followed.

परिजनों के प्रति मेरी संवेदना। माता त्रिपुरसुन्दरी उनकी दिवंगत आत्मा को शांति दे ऐसी कामना करता हूँ।
