@RailwaySeva My parents were traveling from train no. 22410 last night and forgot my mother's important medicine in G12 coach, berth no. 77 at DDU. The medicine was left behind in the train. Please help us recover it at the earliest, as it is critical for her health.

@RailwaySeva Train No. 22410 was delayed by 3 hours without any prior notice. Passengers only learned about the rescheduling upon arriving at the station. Train is also partially cancelled with zero accountability & responsibility shown.don't know what to do in this situation.
