I m disappointed that again I have to raise issue regarding services offered here as it is not getting resolved even after raising tickets multiple times and talking to customer care. Is it because warranty will expire this month and then you will listen?

Just received a call from Star health renewal department from this number [phone]. Why you call from mobile numbers? And once i said i will think about renewal the girl became rude. @StarHealthIns this s how you treat existing cutomers

@flipkartsupport @Flipkart I booked my flight via Flipkart, selected seats, and they were confirmed on the ticket. But the airline shows no seats assigned for my PNR. Your customer support refused to help and didn’t escalate to a senior. Very disappointing! Please resolve this.
