Over the last 9 days, we have restored more than 400 km of footpaths across Bengaluru, reclaiming public spaces for pedestrians and making our city safer and more accessible.

Our Government is committed to a humane and balanced Footpath Policy - one that safeguards the livelihoods of street vendors through planned vending zones while ensuring that footpaths remain free, safe and accessible for every citizen.

Today, I will be inspecting several locations across Bengaluru to review the progress on the ground.

A walkable Bengaluru is a more livable Bengaluru.

The egg is 75% water and the chana is nearly fully dry, so you are really comparing 13g of dry egg matter with about 47g of dry chana.

This is also why the egg is 70 kcal and the chana is closer to 300 kcal for the same serving.

And on top of that, protein quality of egg is much better. To be clear, eat both, and if one has personal religious reasons to avoid eggs, do that, but this comparison is silly.

Sir, please visit Vijaya Bank Layout, Bilekahalli. Roads that were perfectly usable have been dug up for utility work and left unrestored. In rains, residents wade through mud; during dry its all dust.

Infrastructure work should improve lives, not otherwise.

And now a man is allegedly peeling off the road surface with his bare hands to show the quality of the asphalt.

This is the real model:
>Taxpayer pays for the project.
>Citizen pays toll to use it.
>Contractor earns.
>Government takes credit.

And when the road starts cracking, the person exposing it may get an FIR before the contractor gets a notice.

If a ₹36,000 crore expressway cannot survive basic public scrutiny, then the problem is not just bad asphalt, it is bad accountability.

In this country, roads break, bridges fall, drains collapse, tanks burst but the first action is often against the person recording the failure.

The road is not weak by accident. The system is weak by design. 🙏
