@TheOfficialSBI @SBICustomerCare
My loan EMI is scheduled to be deducted on the 6th of every month. My installments have been regular and there are no overdue payments from my side

[alok singh🇮🇳 @alokcnt]

@TheOfficialSBI @SBICUSTOMERCARE If this issue continues to remain unresolved, I intend to close my loan at the earliest and reconsider my banking relationship with SBI.

[alok singh🇮🇳 @alokcnt]

@TheOfficialSBI @SBICUSTOMERCARE I request SBI to kindly ensure that proper procedures are followed and that customers are not subjected to premature deductions that cause avoidable financial inconvenience.

[alok singh🇮🇳 @alokcnt]

@TheOfficialSBI @SBICUSTOMERCARE However, today, 25 September, an amount available in my account has been deducted by my home branch towards the loan/EMI, well before the scheduled installment date.

How these mfers should be treated

Because of this, we did not eat it.

Although the pack appeared to be sealed, my daughter noticed something unusual, so I cannot say with complete certainty. Still, I request the Gianis team to please look into this matter seriously to ensure product quality and customer safety.
