HDFC Bank has failed to activate my Client's Bank Account even after laps of 2 and half months. HDFC Bank is not only hopeless but also harasses their customers.

The bank account opened through MCA at the time of incorporation is meaningless as the bank kept it as inactive and the company should submit kyc and other documents. Then the very purpose is being defeated

ClearTax Software is full of bugs and support also not provide help to resolve. No ITR can be filed since last 3/ 4 days. Phone call of support personnel disconnect the phone after hearing the problem . So don't purchase clear Tax. They even did not answer to mail

Worst service. Don't even courtesy to talk. Their customer care number does not facility to talk to representative. As seen since last two days issue is not resolved. My representative visited their office but did not talk to him. They are so arrogant
