@swankycamille @Patrice1876 Fully agree. When I heard about 12B for refurbishing stadium, I thought it could be used to landscape Ja. Zinc fences down, place clean up, roads patch, flowering trees, etc. Surroundings influence mood. Country needs to be softened. Stadium can fix later.
