@MyHarmReduction There is a great need to start differentiating between the different levels of stigma and incorporating the macro levels. Unfortunately not a lot of research about this in the drug policy space but @prof_goldberg and I are trying to remedy this on different projects!
@MyHarmReduction Why not use the definition of structural stigma ? This concept has its origins in institutional racism and looks at the societal-level conditions and institutional policies that limit and restrict the opportunities, resources, and well-being of those being stigmatized.
