@LATAMAirlineUS_ Ended up taking my backpack with me. Messaging and comms from ground staff were super confusing tho. They made everyone confused and frustrated. Completely unnecessary. @LATAMAirlines you should do better. Like in you already do in NZ. 😉

Bought my ticket from NZ to South America from @Qantas on flights operated by @LATAMAirlines. I’m queuing at the gate in Chile, halfway, and were told there’s no room in the plane and we’ll have to check our carry on luggage. Mandatory. Wtf?
