@JagexSupport a way to save the progress you made in the events if such a thing happens to people. I feel like its not something hard to do and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one to have complained about it. Especially those that play group ironman or normal/hardcore ironman.

@JagexSupport And just now at 11pm my time (6am GMT) I miss out on another wilderness flash event after I completed it due to your server dropping and logging me out. Really need to add a way to save progress or lock progress if a dc, crash, etc happens. Actually annoying that its been twice.

@JagexSupport I also got told "We're only able to return eligible items that have been lost due to a recognized service disruption or confirmed bug." And last I knew if something crashes unexpectedly forcing you to lose all progress you previously made would be a recognized service disruption.

She said the same thing about both of them? Both situations have to deal with minors... and its disgusting.

Judging by the one kid, you can clearly see in the video, I am sure he is old enough to get a job at McDonalds to support his gaming.

The kid could have easily just spent like $10 here and there for years, everyday, and they would have never known. Especially if they never check there bank statements. @Warcraft You really need to have someone look at the Mining Ores in Dragonflight. I went mining for 3 mins and found 2 ores that said "invalid target" and 2 there were stuck in the walls. Please do something cause I feel there is going to be a lot more after this 3 mins.

So many people can make up stories that are so believable that even the person being accused would have to believe it as well, even if they didn't do it, because at that point who would believe the person being accused?
