When major events happen, the first step isn't standard institutional protocol—it’s rolling out a camera, setting up a tripod, and capturing a scripted "Thank You" video to the leadership before the dust even settles.
We are living in an era where the aesthetics of performance completely override actual institutional structure.
The Problem: When public administration becomes content creation, optics matter more than outcomes.
The Reality: We don't need highly produced PR clips or theatrical back-patting. We need functional infrastructure and systems that work silently so results can speak loudly.
Stop applauding the trailer. Start demanding a better movie.
