@lg_ladakh @narendramodi Ladakh's soil is barely fertile for agricultural practices. NPK fertiliser is crucial for plants. IDK which illiterate is suggesting LG for organic farming in ladakh. When fertilizer is not provided the grass and wheat plants barely grows. It'll only boost black marketing.

We request the administration to make CTET compulsory instead of D.El.Ed for primary Teacher posts in Ladakh, as D.El.Ed is not offered by any institution or university in Ladakh or even in the UT of JK @lg_ladakh @ashishkundra

@Semokladakh @ashishkundra I think the admins of Semok and Alsawaj have not qualified the CTET. In the 2023 teacher recruitment the administration did not wait for the August CTET at that time CTET was new for Ladakh aspirants. Since CBSE has held four or five CTETs since then why request further delay now

@Aleeakb09815240 @Nazeerr99 @Semokladakh @ashishkundra Exactly .there are almost diploma holders in Ladakh . Most of the posts will go unfulfilled due to non availability of eligible candidates . B ed holders and ctet paper 1 qualifiers should be given a chance. @ashishkundra sir plz look into this matter

While old generation 10th pass are earning in lakhs while time passing with students . Kindly do some justice. Atleast give some increment sir. Its 20k since 2023

@ashishkundra @SkarmaNorboo @lg_ladakh Sir , do you think those flowers will survive in between the road with smoke and heat of vehicles coming from both sides.IDK who have planned this project. A tree may hardly survive at these locations . But its impossible for herb to survive here. Drip irrigation will be better.
