मैं क्यों कहता हूँ कि मैं (या हम लोग) ही सबसे बड़े विपक्ष हैं? हमारा विपक्ष नपुंसक चिरकुटों का एक समूह है जिन्हें उनकी पार्टी के लोग भी गंभीरता से नहीं लेते। मैंथ्यू वैन डाइक को छोड़ दिया गया, जो हत्यारा है, हथियारों के लेन-देन में सम्मिलित है और पता नहीं क्या-क्या करता है।

इसी के अरेस्ट पर चटुआ गिरोह नाच रहा था कि अमेरिका क्या कहता था… लग रहा था जैसे ट्रम्प को उठा कर दो कनटाप मार दिए मोदी के हाउस गार्ड ने कि साले औकात में रहो। और हुआ क्या?

हुआ यह कि ‘ये नया इंडिया है, कॉकरोच के आगे कुतिया बन जाता है और अमेरिका के साँस लेने पर भी डर कर आतंकियों को बेल दे देता है।’

विपक्ष को ऐसे विषयों पर सरकार को फाड़ कर रख देना चाहिए। उनसे एक पोस्ट नहीं हो पा रहा है। संभवतः, अमेरिका से उन्हें भी डिक्टैट आएगा कि कब क्या बोलना है, तब वो बोलेंगे।

भाजपा वाले क्या बोलेंगे कॉन्ग्रेस को? हर वह चीज जिसका भय दिखाते हैं, भाजपा स्वयं कर रही है। एंडरसन भगाया था कॉन्ग्रेस ने, तुम वैन डाइक को भगा रहे हो, लीगली! आरक्षण बढ़ाने के लिए तुम्हारी सरकारें सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस लड़ रही हैं। मोदी एक्ट तुम लगा रहे हो।

यह सब दिन का उजाले में किया जा रहा है और हमें सेवा यात्रा का लाइव इवेंट दिखाया जा रहा है।

Vishnu Tiwari was jailed at 23 and absolved at 43 of all charges for a crime he never committed under the ST/SC Act.

On release he said, “I am not married. My body is broken and so is my family. Today, before leaving, I got Rs 600 from the jail administration. That is all I have.” He was not given parole for his mother’s last rites.

और इनको 20 साल बाद, बाइज़्ज़त बरी होने के बाद भी आजतक कोई मुआवजा नहीं मिला!

किसी इंसान की जिंदगी खत्म हो गयी, लेकिन सरकार ने एक पैसा नहीं दिया! जबकि करोड़ों rupye SC/ST एक्ट में दिये जाते हैं औऱ फ़र्ज़ी केस साबित होने के बाद भी वसूले नहीं जाते!

IITs का concept जब रखा गया था तो विदेश में पढ़ रहे हमारे individuals को call भेजा गया कि आप लोग आइए, यहाँ IIT setup कीजिए। जैसे Anand Ranganathan जी के पिता S. Ranganathan जी विदेश से लौटकर 1966 में IIT Kanpur से जुड़े। उनकी माताजी D. Ranganathan ने भी विदेश से लौटकर IIT Kanpur में research की।

IIT Bombay कोई हल्का-फुल्का institute नहीं है। वहाँ एक well-respected Professor कितनी पीड़ा के साथ कह रहा है, “छोड़ो यार, sign करो, कटाओ।”

Subhash Mahajan was the Director of Technical Education, who was framed in SC/ST act, because he refused permission to prosecute 2 of his juniors who were falsely implicated under SC/ST act by a junior staff.

Supreme Court said-
Section 18 is used for blackmail. Section 3(1) (x) is misused.
And gave 3 safeguards:
-Preliminary enquiry should be must
-Provision of bail if prima facie no crime
-Permission from appointing authority before arresting a public servant

Then govt, buckling under pressure from ambedkarite organizations, passed an amendment (2018 amendment act), and added section 18A to essentially reverse all these 3 safeguards given by Supreme Court.

Also,
From 2014-2018, the list of crimes were increased from 22 to 47, monetary compensation was increased, payment schedule relaxed, stricter presumption of guilt was added.
Now govt is planning to increase the compensation by 40% (even after reports of so much misuse).
