I just watched The Assembly with Danny Dyer as the guest being invited on and interviewed.
It's well worth 20 odd minutes of anyone's time. If you've never heard of this show, take my word for it.
Imagine being a woman, marrying a bloke and them then admitting to you they are gay.
"Oh by the way I know you're a woman, but I've decided I'm a bit gay now. Sorry to ruin the wedding memories"... it's just ridiculous.

@iam_jlc The first time I watched that film it was on cable. It froze/glitched out during the bit where the truck drove up the road. I thought to myself, "This is the slowest start to a movie ever".

I quit before I got to black belt, but I bumped into someone in my class at Virgin Records years later. He was a black belt by then, which I thought was as cool as owning a Sega Megadrive.
Apparently one of the best things you can do if you have problems with your lower back/sciatic nerve, is a lot of stretching.
Don't ask me what exercises to do in this regard, I just do the ones I learned when I used to do Karate.
Dead hangs are also good.
