@OHWildBill @IamDeadHoratio @RGIII @OuttaPocketRG3 From scratch means that you run the full 120m of the event. If someone is off a handicap of 5m, they only have to run 115m. People are handicapped by about 1m for every 0.1 seconds of their assessed time when handicaps are released.
