درج ذیل تحریر ایک سابق ممبر پلاننگ کمیشن کی ہے جس میں اس قوم کے ساتھ ہونے والی زیادتی کی خوفناک تفصیلات تو بتائی گئی مگر دانشوارانہ بزدلی نے اتنا تک بتانے سے روک دیا کہ منصوبے کا ڈیزائن اور اس میں توسیع کی منظوری دینے والی ۲۰۱۸ کی نگران حکومت کی ایکنک نے جب ۲۲ مئی ۲۰۱۸ کو یہ منظوری دی تھی تو اصل فیصلے کون کر رہا تھا؟ یہاں تک کہ بنیادی معلومات بھی نہیں بتائی گئی کہ اسوقت چئیرمین واپڈا کون تھا؟ پلاننگ کمیشن میں کون لوگ تھے؟ ایکنک میں منظوری دینے والے کون لوگ تھے؟

کشمیر جیسے حساس علاقے میں اتنے حساس منصوبے کی نگرانی کس کی ذمے داری تھی؟ کیا آج تک قوم کے مجرموں کو کسی کٹہرے میں یا زیر تفتیش لایا گیا ہے؟ سیاستدانوں کیخلاف چند کروڑ روپوں کی مقدمات بنا کر عدلیہ کو ربڑ سٹیمپ کی طرح استعمال کرنے والے اس ڈاکے پر خاموش کیوں ہیں؟ کیا کبھی نیلم جہلم کے قومی ڈاکے پر نننے والی کسی تحقیقاتی کمیٹی کی رپورٹ سامنے آئی یا کوئی کیس بنا؟ کیا شھباز شریف اس معاملے پر تھوڑی ہمت دکھائینگے ؟
