Dear Apple,
Please make it easier to delete contacts. Having to go into each contact & select edit then scroll to the very bottom is actually very annoying & tedious.
Sincerely, Every iPhone User.๏ฟผ
Dear @channelstv@ARISEtv@tvcnewsng@NTANewsNow, please when next you go for a media briefing with FCT Minister @GovWike, kindly ask him about the following:
1. Cows taking over roads, now including highways, in Abuja
2. Waste collection and mountains of refuse in various parts of town
3. Swarms of young children, who should be in school, begging at traffic lights and junctions under the supervision of adults sitting under nearby trees.
4. The pandemic of driving โone-wayโ against traffic.
5. Aggressive street traders, especially the ones selling windscreen wiper blades, who insist on putting their hands on your windscreen.
6. All commercial vehicles, including Keke, that believe that traffic lights donโt apply to them.
Others may have other things to add but it would be good to get answers to these first.
Thank you.
Sympathy: Tulumbu hears that Christians have been slaughtered once again so he tells them sorry from his London residence. (words of affirmation)
Empathy: Tulumbu hears that convicted Herdsmen are repentant so he travels down from London to show them mercy, tells them he understands what it feels like to be an ex convict, then pledges to sponsor their wedding. (extra effort)
Apathy: Tulumbuโs wife hears that food is expensive and she says itโs because we are lazy and have refused to farm to feed our husbands. (I donโt care attitude).
Sometimes, in driving change, you canโt afford to be purist. You may have to cut a deal to kickstart the reforms while keeping your eyes firmly on the prize. Politicians will always be politicians. You canโt solve everything technically.
In a dysfunctional system with great power imbalance skewed against the citizen, you may need to find a way to accommodate their interests in the short term until they get used to a better way of doing things.
As a reformer, donโt get stuck on โItโs my way or the highway.โ They have the power to ensure that it will always be the highway and you donโt have the power to ensure that it will be your way.
You may need to find a way to accommodate their interests or fears without rewarding bad behaviour, destroying institutions or breaking the law. The alternatives are to resign and leave government bitter or to run for elective office yourself.
I am Ezemmuo. I know things.
Bishop Oyedepo has been calling out bad governance as far back as 2014 (that I can remember). Nobody has done anything to him, his church or his businesses, in fact, his university remains the best in the country.
So what are the others scared of? Even people older than him are in bed with worthless politicians. Laundromat or Bureau de not change?
Happy birthday Tinubu
You will run, it will run.
You will walk, it will walk.
You will go left and right, it will follow.
You will fly, it will fly.
No matter where you go, you will never escape everything you deserve.
There will be days you'll wake up and ask yourself, all of these for me? Fear not, it's just the beginning.
You've done a lot and God has seen everything, what's coming for you will not escape you. Your life will be a testament that God rewards people for their actions. ๐๐ฝ
