Recent first time watches I’ve loved.
Where Is the Friend's House?
(Abbas Kiarostami - 1987)
The Turin Horse
(Béla Tarr - 2011)
Wings of Desire
(Wim Wenders - 1987)
Uncle boonmee Who Can Recall His Past Lives
(Apichatpong Weerasethakul - 2010)
@StanBazemore@JoshEberley It was from July to January so about a 7 month span. I’m not a huge rewatcher either tbh (had never seen something more than twice in theatres). Oppenhiemer just felt like a once in a lifetime experience to me, in that format.
@Danimalish Genuinely believe it should be Oppenheimer’s easiest lock, along with score. His performance towers over the rest (and I think they were all great).
