It has emerged that key documents, including the signed agreement for Dangote’s Sh2.2 trillion Lamu refinery, have not been made public as required by Kenyan law, despite Wednesday’s groundbreaking.
A group of pro-government youth is threatening to storm Standard Group offices on Friday over its coverage of the Kenya Kwanza administration. The threats come amid calls for accountability from the state, with Standard Media House vowing to remain steadfast in holding leaders accountable.

Shock as a Ugandan MP campaigning for Kasongo and openly saying that Ugandans will cross into Kenya to vote for him. 👀.

Tonight, KTN is airing an investigative piece on the alleged movement of Kenyan voter registration materials across the border into Uganda through Suam.
KTN has uncovered allegations of Kenyan voter registration materials being moved into Uganda and claims that foreign nationals could be targeted for registration, with the Suam border at the centre of the claims.

I didn’t know impunity until I came to Kenya and met their elite. Nothing like them. Shameless, ruthless and yet so cowardly hiding behind the “we’re poor Africans” internationally to grab more money.
And the kind and patient Kenyan citizens are supposed to eat the “all countries are bad” narrative, keep working hard.
Hopefully soon the citizens have had enough of their elite’s bs
The 84 Kenyan delegation are living like royalty in New York. They booked a VIP suite for a WNBA game. Enjoying the comfort of a private box, above the ordinary fans.
What was meant to be an official trip now has the feel of a luxury getaway. Such a waste of our taxes.
Two years ago, I was lying outside Parliament with 3 bullets in my back. The doctors told the media I would not make it. Today, I am recovering from bladder surgery, and in just 2 days, Kenyans have raised KSh 230,000 for my recovery.
I honestly don't have the words. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I am still here, and for the first time, I believe I can get my life back.
The surgery is done, but my recovery is just starting. I have extended my goal to KSh 500,000 to cover physiotherapy, medication, and follow-up care for my spinal cord injury.
If you can, please click the link below and support. And even if you can't donate, please share. Every shilling counts.

I'm David Osinya and currently in Nairobi. I am looking for any available job opportunities as long as I can be able to make something at the end of the month. I was in Kenya Technical College and dropped out due to a lack of school fees. I have computer knowledge 0742477436
This is me right now. Two years ago I was shot during the June 25 Gen Z protests. I've been living with a spinal cord injury since, and I self-catheterize because of neurogenic bladder.
That led to recurring UTIs and sepsis. Today I successfully underwent surgery at Emory Hospital Nairobi to remove a bladder stone at my left vesico-ureteric junction (5x7mm). The fragments were removed. I'm recovering now with some pain and bleeding, which the doctors say is normal.
@VOCALAfrica_ helped me get here, and I'm grateful. But I still need medication, physiotherapy and follow-up care. I still haven't received any government compensation.
I'm sharing this because I need help for what comes next. Any support means everything. 🙏🏽

We shall not relent on the matter of the National Tallying Centre and our pursuit of free, fair and credible elections!
Following yesterday’s High Court ruling, Members of the @Reforms_Ke , which I convene together with @HonJBMuturi & Hon. @CaroliOmondi , addressed the press in Nairobi.
The electoral opacity around a National Tallying Centre must be resolved before the 2027 General Elections.
Electoral processes must be transparent, verifiable and conducted in accordance with Articles 86 and 138 of the Constitution.
This is not a favor. It is the law.

It is not enough that @edwinsifuna will remove Ruto from power.
Ruto must be held accountable for the extra judicial killings. Ruto must be prosecuted for the children he butchered. Ruto must be prosecuted for the conflict of interest. Ruto must be prosecuted for supervision of thriving corruption. Ruto must be prosecuted for abuse of office.
Ruto must be held accountable and prosecuted. That's the least that @edwinsifuna can do for the people of Kenya.
Failure to hold Moi, Kibaki and Uhuru accountable has emboldened Ruto to think he will get away with everything. We are not our parents.
A Kenyan Gen Z has vowed to fight corruption in his area by monitoring traffic police officers collecting bribes from motorists. He says he will show up daily and livestream the officers if they continue demanding bribes.
