As per sources, Delhi Police in collaboration with Haryana Police Reached a 5 Star Hotel in Gurgaon for regular checks.

During the security checks, police found Dhruv Rathee and his friends eating English Breakfast and Juice.

After being asked to show ID cards, Dhruv Rathee presented his German Passport.

Police asked him to show Aadhar or Voter card (Any Indian ID Card)

Dhruv Rathee said he is a German citizen and he is currently on tourist visa.

The moment he said Tourist Visa, Police arrested him because as per law any foreign citizen can be arrested if he tries to get involve in Indian Politics or Protests.
