Dear @kotak811 , you let customers open a bank account completely online, but to close it you're asking us to visit a branch. What's the logic? Please help me close my bank account online. This is a frustrating customer experience.

Hey middle class people, never buy @SamsungMobile I got multiple lines right after One UI 7 in my S21 FE. Went to multiple @SamsungIndia service centers but they are denying free screen replacement. @SamsungClub @SamsungMobileUS @samsungID @SamsungCEO_Jae #NoMoreSamsungProducts

@HalfSkyMusic @SamsungIndia I was once a fan of Samsung, but now I regret it. I’ve been using a Realme 8 4G since Jan 2022, still works perfectly with zero issues. Honestly, it feels like a waste to spend a huge amount on a “big brand” when the brand itself scams customers like @SamsungMobile is doing here.

[HalfSky @HalfSkyMusic]

Middle class folks, if you value peace of mind, avoid @SamsungIndia. I was a loyal fan until white lines appeared on my S21 FE screen. They blamed old scratches from 2023, yet those lines showed up right after the One UI 7 update. To them, loyalty means nothing.

Hey @airtelindia, received a message yesterday at 12:39 pm promising to fix the technical glitch in my area by 4:39 pm. Then it got delayed to 7:39 pm, 10:39 pm, and counting. It's been over 20 hours, and the Internet Fiber issue remains unresolved. Seriously frustrated. #Airtel

@Airtel_Presence Submitted all the details in your DM, please fix the problem ASAP!
