@duCares@dutweets In a typical response, du fails to understand the issue, gives a generic response and asks me to show proof that the sales agent miscommunicated to me when upgrading my connection @tdrauae I can’t seem to escalate this issue within @dutweets , can you help please?

@noon_cares hey, how do we contact the noon grocery team when they close off without delivering your order on the committed time? @noon no channel to communicate or no intimation to the customer that delivery will be delayed?
Hi @dutweets, can you please get someone to understand and address complaints properly. It gets very frustrating to try and communicate your concern and being disregarded by the customer care agents without fully understanding the issue
