해외 금융기관 대출

체류자격까지 들여다봄

예를 들어 외국인이 한국에서 수십억원짜리 집을 샀다면 단순히 매매신고만 보는 게 아니라 그 돈이 해외에서 어떤 방식으로 들어왔는지까지 추적하겠다는 것임

무비자로 들어와 부동산 임대업을 하는 경우나 해외자금 불법 반입도 조사 대상임
