Sir, our plane is stuck in Langkawi Airport in Malaysia after AI 378 of @airindia got diverted here due to bad weather in Phuket.
From the past 3 hours, we have no updates from the Air India team on what is happening. Please assist in getting us out of here.

We were told that refueling would be required before we can take off for Phuket again.
Been almost an hour & half and we don't even have an update on the tentative timelines.

@airindia It appears you are merely replying from your office without any inputs from the ground.
The refueling has also not started yet, though we have been parked for more than two hours now.
No way it can depart shortly as you claim.

@airindia I am not complaining about the diversion.
However the lack of updates since landing at Langkawi is unacceptable.
It will be almost two hours now. Not a single update has been shared with us. We haven't even seen the refueling vehicles nearby yet.

@IndiGo6E The My Bookings section of the app says the flight is on time, even when the Airport reports it has been delayed.
Only when the flight status is checked does the app confirm it has been delayed.
