In 9 AD, Rome lost three entire legions in a German forest in a matter of days. Then it lost the battlefield itself for almost 2,000 years.
The Roman commander was Publius Quintilius Varus. His trusted guide was a German chieftain named Arminius, who had served in the Roman army and held Roman citizenship.
Arminius told Varus there was a revolt that needed putting down and led him and his army on a route through rough, wooded country. Then he switched sides and sprang the trap.
Around 15,000 to 20,000 Roman soldiers, plus camp followers, were strung out for miles in mud and rain. The Germans hit them over and over for several days. Almost no one got out. Varus took his own life.
When the news reached Rome, the historian Suetonius says Augustus banged his head against a door, shouting "Quintilius Varus, give me back my legions!" The numbers of the three legions, the 17th, 18th, and 19th, were never used again.
Six years later a Roman army came back to the site. Tacitus wrote that they found bleached bones lying where men had fallen, and skulls nailed to the trees.
Then the location was forgotten. For centuries, scholars argued about where it happened. Hundreds of locations were proposed.
In 1987, a British Army officer named Tony Clunn was stationed in Germany and went out with his metal detector near a village called Kalkriese.
He found Roman silver coins. Then more coins. Then lead sling bullets.
Archaeologists have been digging there ever since. Most experts believe it's the place, though some still debate it.
They found a long earth wall the Germans built along the edge of a hill, with a bog on the other side. The Romans were funneled into a narrow strip between the two, with men hidden behind the wall.
They found pits of human and mule bones, buried years after the battle, which lines up with the Roman army's return.
They found a mule's bell stuffed with grass, maybe so it wouldn't ring.
And they found the iron face mask of a Roman cavalry helmet, once covered in silver. It had been stripped of almost all of it.
The coins helped settle the date. None of them were minted after 9 AD.
One of Rome's worst defeats ever was found by a soldier with a metal detector on his day off.

As my readers know, the fascist leader in Italy was a British agent.
"Fascism" was created in London: Simultaneous new parties and movements across Europe, speech writers, uniform designers, media campaigns after Europe had been devastated by world war I while Britain had their agents everywhere. There was obvious British involvement in the fascist takeovers in Spain, Portugal. Hitler was likely recruited in 1913 when he spent almost a year in Britain with his British in-laws. See the book by Bridget Hitler. Hence his astonishing Anglophilia. And hence Dunkirk. Can't end the second world war before it really got going, and without doing his main job.
That was to make war on Russia, just like the job of today's puppets running Germany for the same type of forces.
Swedish diplomat F. Bernadotte saved 31,000 Jews from the German Nazis.
He was sent to Palestine as a UN mediator during the 1947–48 Palestine-Israel conflict.
When he reported the massacres he witnessed to the UN, Jews lured him into an ambush in Jerusalem and killed him.

It was a Holocaust alright, but not of Jews, of humanity!
Nazis kept extremely detailed records of every single person in camps and how each person died.
One can go through from 1933-1945 and count how many Jews were in each camp. Page after page shows mainly Christians, including camps that per propaganda were Jewish hot spots.
Here I have just random 3 pages from 1940s Dachau camp, and it shows 7 Jews out of all those people.
I've gone through each year and each month extensively over the past few years.
1938 November is supposed to be where 10k Jews came in (documents for that month happen to be washed off and hard to read), then they were released after they showed a plan to migrate out of Germany. That alone is enough evidence that they weren't systematically killed. They all got released and migrated, many of them to US, including Klaus Schwabs biological mother, whom I found in the boat records (random side note).
@Nick_Italy_ Non hai letto bene ..voterai fino a che non esce il numero che deve uscire,...come hanno fatto per il nucleare, per l'Europa , per ogni paese in cui il risultato elettorale non gli comoda...
Les 7 banquiers (semibankirchtchina) : Boris Berezovsky (juif), Mikhaïl Khodorkovski (juif), Vladimir Goussinski (juif), Mikhaïl Fridman (juif), Piotr Aven (origine juive), Alexandre Smolenski (juif), Vladimir Potanine (russe).

Ora è un genere per tutti i giornali;
ma è troppo tardi amici. Too late
