Do you have guidelines for the online shoppers who pick our deliveries? This is the second time this week we’ve been shorted on items! I’m feeding people on Scout Camp - I need 60 rolls not 40! I need 24 pizzas, not 16!!! Common sense training required perhaps?

@sainburycare think some training is required for your in store pickers. This substitution makes no sense - why only give me one when I ordered two? Also a friend was in the shop when I received this email - the shelf had plenty of the cheese I asked for!

@nicksiobhan Unfamiliar surroundings possibly spooked her and she just needed to be near her family. Mine is the same. Sleeps in our room in her own bed and then comes onto ours in the wee hours of the morning. We used not to feel or hear her - she just would just be there when we woke!
