PlayStation Network (PSN) has around 130 million monthly active users worldwide.
It’d probably take 40–60 million players joining the protest against digital-only for Sony to care even a little.
Do you think that’d ever be possible?

Did you guys press the wrong button @CallofDuty? I don't recall classic CoD matchmaking taking so long to evaluate and refresh available players while searching and every lobby is disbanding now. It's too early to speak on how strict the skill part of SBMM feels since day 1 of a new update is always on the sweatier side but so far, this "classic" matchmaking has felt much slower and has made my experience noticeably worse. https://t.co/0iRXqLqlF7

Call of Duty has to stop with the PR talk when addressing the community and actually answer the questions we are asking.
Years of SBMM white papers and using the biggest buzzwords and grammar they could to discuss SBMM has gotten old and we are tired of the corporate talk.

Starting with Black Ops 7, the default matchmaking will use a new Open Matchmaking, a system where player skill is only minimally considered when creating lobbies.
Instead, matchmaking will focus more on connection quality and varied experiences from match to match
Activision says the system is inspired by the feel of classic Call of Duty games
