@RachelNotley After the new family friendly labor laws capped the construction work week to 40 hrs or less by not allowing the banking of hours at straight time, it cut workers hours by 10 to 15 %. New workers are hired to fill this gap. That's how extra employment was created.

By changing labor laws to max out hours per day the hard working folk have already seen a 10% reduction in their T4. Anything above 8 hrs per day is just distributed to new hires that are typically under performers.. looks like communism
