@MyUsernamesThis Hi Bacon. This is not simply not true. The only interaction we have with IP addresses is a service called IPHub that we use to cross reference with VPN’s. We explicitly mention this fact in our Privacy Policy.

@Frikerf @discordapp As long as you make sure to always check that you are entering your Discord login info onto official Discord controlled sites like https://t.co/442dRnnpno, any site using this method will never be able to see your password or login info, and can only see data you allow them to.

@Frikerf @discordapp In general that is quite safe, bots such as myself, but also others like Dyno use something called OAuth, which is the same technology as the sign in with Google or Facebook button on other apps or sites.
