@IRCTCofficial Staff has acknowledged that the quality of paneer was not up to mark. They have ensured that this mistake won't be repeated again. If this is done its really appreciable. My purpose to raise the issue was that travellers should get the value for the money spend. Thank you

@RSRTC_OFFICIAL @RajCMO I booked a ticket of July 28 to travel from Chirawa to Delhi but couldn't due to cancellation sms. I took another bus after inquiry attempts proved futile. Kindly refund ticket amt at source. I am putting it here after failed attempts on RSRTC portal.
