Final rejection reason given by bank is “already holding a card” something the bank knew from the beginning. There was no need for two enquires for this reason.

Waited months for a Credit card application, went through multiple verification, and had two CIBIL enquiries done for a single application one of them without my consent. Finally got rejected for “already holding a card.” Disappointing experience.

I chose this account for zero forex markup, but a domestic debit card was issued instead. Raised complaint on Feb 25 and escalated on March 11 still no response.

Why is the card not aligned with account benefits?

@yabhishekhd I would say it's almost the same as moto phones, better than samsung. In my unit netflix, linkedin were installed. I disabled their app, game ,browser and theme store.

@Wander1236 Are you sure it's not a carrier locked pixel?. I have seen this message on carrier phones. Like verizon google pixel xl, you can use another carrier simcards and but can't unlock bootloader.
