@Meesho_helpp I spoke to customer care already. Atleast 10 times I have contacted. Each one will give different reply and now they are saying I should give exact product or else return not possible. How can I give exact product when seller only sent wrong product? Request you to escalate this.

I got completely different product and when I try to return the courier guy is not accepting as it's QC enabled. 2 times they cancelled because of that reason. Can you please help me raise return request with QC not enabled?

@meesho_support Same issue here as well. Seller sent some old different product and help centre saying they can't do anything to return. The courier guy is rejecting it as image is different. What kind of scam is this? Can you please help?
