@TorontoStar Cut down on taxi, take-out, clothes and furniture. Too much on consumer expenses here! Open an emergency fund in HISA and contribute towards RRSP (invest in ETF/index funds) by 'paying yourself first' approach. Making your food is healthier. Invest in a coffee machine/Nespresso.
