It's our 4th week back and we are loving being back on the court!

We have been taking our training right back to basics and tonight we are focusing on "Dodging"... don't take your 👀 off that ball!

Week by week we are growing in numbers, strength, ability and most importantly our friendships are growing stronger. 💪

Currently occupying 4 courts of our 6 Court Hall learning new skills and developing into amazing players!

Last week we were overwhelmed by the return of so many dodgers and newbies.

So this week we went "back to basics" to touch up on our accurate throwing.
