As COVID-19 restrictions ease in Mongolia, FLEX Alumni of 2018-2020 went hiking ⛰ on July 31. They spent the morning hiking, engaging in fun teamwork activities, getting to know each other, and cleaning up the hiking trail.

Happy Naadam! Naadam is a traditional holiday/festival in Mongolia. It is also known as "The Three Games of Men". The games are Mongolian wrestling, horse racing, and archery, and are held throughout the country during midsummer.

Our alum Yelik Aidynaskhar '19 and her volunteer club members 🌲 cleaned up polluted areas of Ulgii city, collecting 48 garbage bags of litter in three hours. They are advocating for ♻️ recycling and a healthy environment.

Before our alumna Enkhriimaa Erdene-Ochir ‘20 finished her exchange year in the US, she organized a food and book donation drive to support communities affected by COVID-19. People’s donations included food, pet food, and books for kids quarantined at home. Enkhriimaa, great job!
