🚨 O MINO (WINNER) foi condenado a 1 ano de prisão, com pena suspensa por 2 anos, por violação da Lei do Serviço Militar. A decisão foi anunciada nesta quinta-feira.

A condenação está relacionada à acusação de que o artista faltou sem autorização a 102 dias de seu serviço como trabalhador de serviço social.

MINO declarou:

“Eu realmente refleti profundamente e me arrependi todos os dias. Só consigo sentir que devo desculpas àqueles que me deram tanto amor. Não há espaço para desculpas. Peço perdão mais uma vez.”

O tribunal afirmou que levou em consideração o fato de MINO ter admitido todas as acusações, demonstrado arrependimento e se comprometido a cumprir suas obrigações militares durante o período restante de serviço.

A sentença de 1 ano está suspensa por 2 anos, portanto MINO não irá para a prisão neste momento. Caso a suspensão não seja revogada durante esse período, ele não precisará cumprir a pena de prisão.
