@SwansLounge CB is a position you don't change often (game to game or within games with most CB's regularly playing the full 90). So with the 3 we have fighting for two positions and Lissah who can cover in an emergency it's not a position I think we'll be looking at strengthening any further

@Seanponty @Rubber1985 @Steffan_Thomas1 3 new franchises sounds good on paper, tear up current system and put all 4 teams into the mix for an overhaul. But what's the odds the 3 franchises will be playing out of Cardiff Arms Park, Parc y Scarlets and Rodney Parade? It would effectively be a simple rebranding exercise.

@GoGetCotter @Lance_Bradley_ @scarlets_rugby I disagree. Welsh rugby is too friendly and needs more 'spike'. Rivalry is healthy and part and parcel of sport. If we had more tribalism perhaps the crowds of each region wouldn't be so poor each week.

I will support any Welsh region when playing an English team though 😉

@RonSwanson145 Surely the WRU need to decide which Region it intends to cut before putting Cardiff into the hands of another owner. Who in their right mind would take it on if there's a risk it won't be funded by WRU in 2 years time? But then this is Cardiff so we know that outcome already!

@philsteele1 We're already seeing so much young talent cross the border to ply their trade in the Premiership because the opportunity in Wales is limited with just 4 regions. Reducing further will just increase the exodus and in turn allow Eng to snap up even more of our eligible/top talent

@OspreysSC @ospreys @Lance_Bradley_ Right decision. Have sympathy for the Bridgend as they produced a fantastic atmosphere there. But St Helens is the Rugby Stadium of Swansea. Traffic aside,a great location which I think will continue to create the atmospheres and fan experiences which will last long in the memory

I overcame the dissapponting by watching the series all over again.
