@SamsungTV why’s it so hard to have an engineer call out to fix a faulty TV. 3 calls totalling over an hour to be told “we need to troubleshoot” AGAIN. If anyone sees this tweet. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG TV aftercare and customer service is shocking.
