Imam Bukhari only emphasised the tafsil between Action and Quran, there remains no difference.

Conclusion: We know that whoever is ignorant/doesn’t know that Allāh is all knowledgeable has not grasped tawhid. Ibn taymiyyah attributes this to the mother of the believers, trying to get out of it because of his filthy belief of the excuse of ignorance…
