→ Product & Development: Dev work is essentially coming to an end for the next upgrade, testing is being wrapped up, and the team’s been dropping sneak peeks of a long list of BSKT Lab changes. Full details will be published after launch on the docs page so everyone can see exactly what changed and what was added.

→ Marketing & Community: The website now has a blog, which gives us a proper home for long form content and helps bring traffic back to Alvara over time. Feature teasers for the March update are rolling out in small bites, and the next round of X Spaces is being planned (topics, guests, timing). Q2 planning is also underway around multichain rollouts and broader roadmap campaigns.

→ BD & Partnerships: Awareness is building and interest across the industry is trending up, with VC outreach still a major focus as talks continue to progress. On the creator side, discussions with KOLs and key figures are moving forward and being timed around the Dapp V2 release, with the goal of turning those relationships into live creator BSKTs once the new version is out.
