@KenyaAirways My journey (PNR 8WXB97) was a bloody nightmare:
- 4 flights, all delayed (from 1 hr to 24 hrs)
- Cancellation with 3+ hrs wait & poor hotel arrangements
- Bags delayed 4 & 5 days, no compensation
- Sent emails no response

@KenyaAirways Kept getting nothing but automated replies to my emails. And the “Share Your Feedback” option on your website? Doesn’t even open. Takes longer than your flight delays 🤦‍♂️ The irony is unbelievable.

@KenyaAirways BOM→NBO: 24 hr delay (notified on travel day)
NBO→BJM: missed connection & delay
BJM→NBO: rescheduled + delayed, NBO→BOM cancelled
Poor hotel in NBO, 3+ hrs wait at the airport
Bags delayed 4 & 5 days, no support, neither compensation
