@pokeefe1 Do you think he’ll bring in a whole bunch of his own backroom staff, or just replace a few spots in the current setup? If he brings in a large crew, how many people are we talking about?
@pokeefe1 If the board had even a shred of self-respect—or half a brain—they’d be absolutely ashamed that they’ve forced us to root for our biggest rivals. This is a total humiliation.
@pokeefe1 If we’d actually run the club properly, we’d be rooting for West Ham, not Arsenal. It’s an absolute disgrace and a total insult that our own incompetence has forced us into this pathetic position of begging our biggest rivals to win.
@pokeefe1 It’s fucking pathetic that we’re at a point where we have to rely on our rivals' results and even root for them to win. The board has driven this club off a cliff with one brain-dead decision after another
@pokeefe1 Just a few seasons ago, we were eyeing European spots, but now we're staring down the barrel of relegation. These last few years have been a total disgrace—something I’d rather just wipe from my memory.
@pokeefe1 What do you think about the possibility of signing João on a permanent deal? Do you reckon making his move permanent would be a smart bit of business for Spurs?
@pokeefe1 If Kehl joins, it looks like he’ll work alongside Lange. But if Freedman comes in, will he actually work with Lange? Or would he push Lange out and bring in his own man?
🚨💣 EXCL | Sebastian Kehl is now the leading candidate for a role as Tottenham’s new director.
Spurs’ board want him to rebuild the team alongside Johan Lange. Kehl’s career as a top player, his management skills and his extensive international network are highly valued within the club and during the conversations.
However, a quick decision does not appear imminent. Sources close to Kehl indicate that the former BVB sporting director has not yet decided whether he wants to return to the game immediately or take some time off first.

@pokeefe1 Hey, you told me before that Kehl wasn’t coming to Spurs because he was already tied up with another team. You even said Freedman was the top priority. So, what’s this news all about then?
@pokeefe1 Lange and Vinai better not show their faces in Tottenham after this season. If they even set foot there, I don’t think they’ll make it out in one piece with how Spurs fans are feeling.
