@fpskaze@Luluga_ Hangeng of SJ was the first ex-K idol who made it huge in China given the success of SJ-M. After their postal stamps in China & an Olympic torch bearer, he quit SM & became a very successful actor/singer. Being the very first Chinese/foreign K-idol catapulted him to fame there.
@maria100697@ultdonghaeee Leeteuk could have left the way D&E&K did and the group will still continue because all the members wanted to. Those three prioritize group activities more than anything else. They could have opted with a per activity contract like most of those who left did but they didn’t.
@3CocofanSb19@8ternity_8@PopPlanet_@BINI_ph I don’t know who they are so I didn’t really care to save it but I saw recently that it happened again and I remembered the name. Is their color blue because I remember that that’s the reason why they used SJ’s picture and something to do with lightsticks? It was a few years ago.
@3CocofanSb19@8ternity_8@PopPlanet_@BINI_ph Super Junior was a victim of your co-fandom stealing pictures of Super Show crowds before. They were just called out by ELF for using it because they didn’t notice the SM watermark.
@teukker I dont think it went viral enough because I’ve never heard of it so I looked into it and I think it’s because she said she was 19 which is not yet the adult Korean age so probably why. And D&E have been friends with her way back. DH when he was still in middle school, I think.
@YakNunJourney@allkpop They agreed early on that they only get paid if they participate which is the reason why he stopped participating in Sushows & promotions because he can’t participate fully but still get paid the same.
I remember when they used Super Junior concert photos to pretend that that was the crowd at their concert. Filipino ELF called them out because some used official SM photos with the logo still on it and some had ELF’s watermarks. It’s pretty funny that this isn’t the first time.
Okay guys, mukhang nailabas na nating lahat ang matagal na nating kinikimkim.
And I'd say... worth it! 🤣
At the end of the day, the truth speaks for itself.
Tama na ang bardagulan. I-wrap up na natin 'to at ibalik ang focus sa World Tour ng walo. 💙
@teukker@MilanaFfff@angelchokyu A vast majority of ELF learned to just ignore him. I don’t think there are many who actually ask members to do anything about it. I’ve read quite a number of tweets who said that they can’t ask them to cut ties with him just for fans when they’re obviously friends.
@angelchokyu Majority aren’t into politics so they probably don’t talk about it. If SW seems normal with everything else then he doesn’t bother them. As for ranting, they probably see more ranting about costumes, album cover, etc than SW as most ELF just learned to ignore him.
Laughing at ppl saying they made this famous. Yeah, among their fans but go to any festival with SJ in it and see how hyped the whole crowd sings to this song. Even more than Sorry Sorry. They HAVE TO sing this song every time. The general public loved this song since 2005.
@BadGuyLiLi@pannchoa Nah, I hate what he does. I’ve always been respectful of people’s beliefs & views as I wanted the same & Ik the type of Christian he is makes him ultraconservative. But he uses his platform recklessly & that doesn’t sit well with a lot of us. Most just ignore him in the group now
@LinJunez2bx Ryeowook and Changmin are married and they’re still idols. 🤷♀️ It’s 2026. Give it up. Parasocial relationship mentality to that extent is a psychological disease. Get that checked.
@BadGuyLiLi@pannchoa I’ve looked into it in Korea when I was in school in Japan & one of the descriptions it had was bridging the gap between culture & government which he probably took being on one side of it with plans of being on the other side in the future. He always had been teased about it.
