@CharlMHenry Just come across this post and had to read your brothers story. I am totally shocked that this can happen to a person. Your poor brother, your poor family. What a disgrace of a legal system!
My children lost their baby sister only 3 years ago, and now they have lost their father. I worry for them and their mental health, especially when they reach teenage years. Any advice on how to make life easier for them?
@karenrosser4 They are only 8 and 9 , I have told them that o will be honest with them, with any questions they ask. As a parent you just want to protect them, but that isn’t always the right thing to do I guess!
I have been quiet on here for months , I find Twitter hard! For anyone that would like to follow I have an insta page for Alice - @always.alice2018 . All pictures / videos that I find easier to share!
A sad & frustrating episode of @BBCPanorama - 6 years after the Morecambe Bay Investigation report was published - we still have a long way to go to instil a culture in the NHS that truly prioritises patient safety & learning.
It makes me sad how not surprised to see them featured I was. ‘The child first and always’ 😞 #GOSHsafety As Sammy’s Dad said, Say ‘We made a mistake, share what happened and why and support families, don’t pretend nothing happened’
It has taken such hard work and commitment from @tumtumtum
as he and his wife pursue #JusticeforHayden. I am so pleased he has been allowed to apply for a fresh Inquest and the truth shall hopefully prevail. @SmirkyRadcliffe has a lot to answer for.

The inconsistency & variation around how the Inquest system works in relation to potentially avoidable deaths involving NHS care is deeply concerning & needs urgent review.
@Mothers_Inst_UK This is what makes me anxious , I lost a child in the rarest of circumstances and so I know that something that has a very slim chance of happening could certainly happen to us again . It’s something that plays on my mind a lot.
