@ryanmouquegolf It’s awesome to have Live, Primetime Golf!
This will pay dividends for the PGA Tour, just like “Full Swing.”
People getting to know the athletes on a more personal level & in a team environment is always a good thing!
Track your progress. I know this sounds a bit silly but honestly, it will go a long way when looking to improve. Write down what was good during the practice session.
Was it good tempo? Was it a certain feel or thought? Note that down and in the future when you are going through a rough patch, you can look back at those notes and it might help you get your swing back on track with old thoughts and feels you may have forgotten about.
🚨#JUST IN: Today, the PGA TOUR policy board approved an exemption that will allow Tiger Woods to compete in Signature Events for the rest of his lifetime, beginning in 2025, per @Sean_Zak
If Athletes can have enough Discipline to maintain consistent Routines in their career, they’re building HABITS through Momentum.
HABITS are tough to Break.
Example: when you’ve shown enough Discipline to go to the gym 6-8 weeks in a Row… you feel the Momentum and it’s tough to miss a Workout.
Apply this to your Goals & Build a Momentum Roadmap
