Surprise surprise my @VW ID 4 is back at the shop. They try to explain every issue as a safety feature. I guess locking your baby in the car and calling the fire department to get her out is a safety feature.
@VW You guys are off everyday. Because whenever customers have real problems you pass the buck to the dealer and then they do the same making no one responsible for you selling ID. 4 that don’t function like they should. Great tactics!!!! NEVER BUY A VOLKSWAGEN
DONT BUY @VW CARS! The ID 4 has so many issues and has locked my baby in the car with the keys in it. It also slams on the brakes without warning while I’m driving. What a lemon!

@Progressive is the worst. Was with them 10 years. Then they quoted me on my new car insurance and wouldn’t honor the price I was quoted after I had already bought the car. #poorbusiness

I was with them 10 years when Lynn (one of their reps) decided to slap a non renewal notice on my account because she didn’t want to honor the quote that I was given on a new car I bought. Progressive is a joke.
