🚨 Anthropic just showed a 27-minute workshop on how to actually do prompts for Claude.
Taught by the people who built it.
Free. No registration. No paywall.
I've seen $300 courses that don't cover what they teach in the first 8 minutes.

The joint line tenderness test evaluates for meniscus injuries. Start with the knee flexed to 90 degrees. The examiner identifies the medial and lateral joint lines adjacent to the patellar tendon, then systematically “walks” their fingers along each joint line from anterior to posterior, palpating to the most posterior aspect. The test is considered positive when palpation reproduces localized pain or tenderness along the medial or lateral joint line. Sensitivity is 83%, specificity is 83%!

The Dunning-Kruger effect explains why those with limited knowledge often overestimate their competence, while experts tend to be more aware of their limitations. This cognitive bias creates a confidence curve—beginners peak with overconfidence. Still, as they gain experience, they realise the complexity of the subject and their confidence dips before gradually rising with true expertise. Recognising this effect can lead to better decision-making, humility, and continuous learning.
The most famous example is Toyota's Andon cord.
It's a physical rope that runs along Toyota's assembly lines.
Any worker who spots a defect can pull it, triggering lights and sounds.
If the team can't fix it quickly, the entire production line stops.

Brachial Plexus💪🏻
You see it everywhere, but what is it?
🫚The brachial plexus is a complex network of nerves that originates from the spinal cord in the neck and extends through the shoulder. It provides motor and sensory innervation of the upper limb
The system is formed by the anterior rami of the spinal nerves from C5 to T1
It is anatomically divided into different parts…
🌴Roots - arise from spinal nerve C5 to T1
🐘Trunks - the roots converge to form three trunks — superior (C5, C6), middle at C7 and inferior (C8-T1)
➗Divisions - each trunk splits into anterior and posterior divisions which supply flexor (anterior) or extensor (posterior) muscles of the upper limb
🪢Cords - the divisions reorganize into 3 cords - lateral, posterior, and medial - based on their position relative to the axillary artery
🕊️Branches - the cords give rise to the five major nerves of the upper limb
Sciatic Nerve🦵🏻
The sciatic nerve is the largest nerve in the body, running from the lower back through the hips, down each leg.
It controls sensation and movement in the legs.
Sciatica occurs when this nerve is irritated or compressed, causing pain.
