It is being reported that prior to be trading to LA at the 2026 deadline, starting pitcher Tarik Skubal was offered a contract extension by the Detroit Tigers.

Tarik quote “turnt it down”, saying the contract was worth “15mil some shit like that, 10mil some like that, 5mil some like that”.

“I was so younger then, and the team told me I had to play there for like this decade” Skubal proclaims.
