Advice and suggestions please. What would you include in a 10 min presentation about being a copywriter?

Am tempted to share my process: 7 mins staring out of the window, 2 mins in a panic, 1 min writing furiously. Any advances?

@scriptwren So sorry to hear this. These companies seem to forget they're letting down real life people. I do know an excellent independent mortgage broker who is ace at sorting out mortgages where others have failed. Happy to pass her deets over.
